How do you keep a work-life balance?
I’m working on it! As I really enjoy doing what I do for a living, it’s hard to stop and relax. Even when meeting family and friends, I’m thinking about my work. Still, what I do is defining which days and hours are for work, and which are for leisure – and respect them!
What do you eat usually for breakfast?
On an empty stomach, I drink lukewarm water with lemon. Then I have a coffee and a whole-grain toast with low-fat cheese.
What are your fitness goals for 2017?
Recover the physical state I had when playing hockey on grass, tone muscles, lose weight and reach my ideal that is 65 kg.
How do you stay healthy during travels?
Before starting to travel full time, I was playing hockey on grass. But then I couldn’t find a sport or activity that suited my schedule. That’s why I created a fitness program with my cousin (Florencia Guajardo on Instagram) called No Limits, that you can do whenever and wherever you are. I usually share the routine on my Instagram account.
